We will accept refunds on a case-by-case situation and only if we have misrepresented an item. GSV must receive the item back within 7 days from purchase. No refunds on shipping & buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please read all item descriptions and look at all pictures closely. Ask for more details or photos if needed. GSV strives to document for you every good and bad detail of the items so you are well informed.

Please remember you are purchasing a vintage item, expect some normal signs of wear.

Please measure yourself if you are not sure about fit. Returns for an item not fitting are not accepted. We are happy to offer additional measurements and help with fit prior to a customer purchasing the item.

SHIPPING

Good Soul Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will try our best to assist in any missing packages to the best of our ability. We ship worldwide.

International buyers will be responsible for ALL additional customs fees,VAT fees and taxes. GSV is not responsible for lost/stolen International packages.

GSV does not in any way alter custom forms for you, please do not ask.

Items ship USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and which shipping option you select.

Insurance on higher priced items is available for a fee, please message us if you would like further information.

We will at times use recycled/used boxes to offset shipping packaging waste and costs.
