Material: Looks like mylar type discs and gold tone metal
Condition: Overall excellent condition, I noted a small handful of areas missing a disc, some of the gold rings have come disconnected, I have tried to reconnect all of them, they are easy to loop back through if the some come undone again.
Measurements: I measure my items flat then double at the bust and waist, measurements below have already been doubled. Vest is shown in a U.S. size small with a 34"B bust and 27" waist for reference.
