80’s Tropical Peplum Blouse - Size S/M
A fun and vibrant piece of vintage! Black and floral print cotton peplum blouse with large puff sleeves. This blouse has a wrap style front that closes with two buttons at the waist. Endless style options with this gem. (it comes with shoulder pads that you could easily remove) **the colors are even more vibrant in person!!
